We offer the following payment methods where available:

Safe ordering
Our website uses the SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) during your entire visit. SSL ensures that the message flow is encrypted with a key that is only known to our server and your computer. The address of a secure page always starts with https:// and can be recognized by the presence of a lock somewhere in your browser screen.
Shipment
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 hours (CET / CEST) will be processed and shipment will be done the same (working) day. You can follow your parcel by using the track & trace code that we will send you by email. This email also contains the carrier and further information regarding the shipment.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the product(s) and the country you want to have it shipped to. When you put products in your shopping cart and enter your postal code and country, our website will show the available shipping options and the associated shipping costs. If you want to have it shipped to a country that is not active on our website, please contact us.
Delivery times
We ship all orders placed before 15:00 hours (CET / CEST) that are in stock on the same working day if they are paid or purchased on account. When you choose an upfront bank transfer payment, the processing of your order takes at least two working days longer. Of course, if a product is not in stock, we will order it for you and we will keep you informed of the delivery time.
Pick up order
Pick up is also possible with us, however we are not a store so please contact us in advance to avoid misunderstandings or a closed office. You can pay your order in cash or directly via one of our computers via an online payment method.
International shipping
We have been sending multiple international orders on a daily basis for years and can ship to any country in the world. Not all countries are enabled by default on our website. If you do not see your country in the available shipping countries please contact us and we will let you know the shipping costs.
Direct delivery to your customer(s)
A useful service we offer is that we can send shipments directly to your customer(s) without reference to us (a so-called "drop shipment"). There will be no packing lists or invoices with the shipment and we will change the sender name on the shipping label to your company name. If desired, we can send your documents with the shipment, but please let us know beforehand.
